4 Ways To Anchor New Habits

377178_4567149059440_1267648568_n1. Fall in love with something bigger and better. Fall in love with your purpose!  Purpose creates a reason for you to do more and be more.   Then create daily rituals that keep that love going strong!

2. Always BE & DO your best. Strive to be world-class, but be careful to not judge yourself too harshly. Do your best and forget the rest. When you know you’ve given your best; be at peace.

3.  Be impeccable with your word.  Keep your word to yourself as well as others.  Don’t use “would have, should have” language.  These are limiting words.  Use “when I” language.

4.  Be consistent.  Remember it’s a journey!  It’s through repetition that things become habit.  There is no end date.  Keep trying and don’t give up too quickly!
