I was recently reading a passage written by an old man who was nearing the end of his life. He said: “Time passed away with us, and also our lives passed away like as it were unto us a dream.”
Have you ever met that person who isn’t satisfied with the conditions in their life but they feel that time has passed away “like as it were a dream?” You can easily recognize them. They normally begin their sentences with “If only when I was younger I had…”
It has been said that when we grow old, the things we will regret the most are the things we didn’t do, the things we’ll never know because we didn’t try.
Two things I know for sure:
1. “Live till you die” is some of the best advice I have ever received.
It is never too late to start!
2. The deepest regrets of tomorrow can be solved by resolutions today.
Life can change on a dime… the minute YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE IT!
Decide what you want, who you want to become, make your resolution, set your feet in their new direction and enjoy the journey!
